01. The Service
Burnfile.io is a file transfer service. You upload files, share a link, recipient downloads, file gets deleted. That's it. We're not Dropbox. We're not Google Drive. We're the incinerator.

03. Acceptable Use

✗ DON'T
- • Upload illegal content
- • Share copyrighted material
- • Distribute malware
- • Upload CSAM (instant ban + report)
- • Use for harassment
warningWe cooperate with law enforcement. If you upload illegal content, we will provide any available information to authorities. Don't be stupid.
04. Refunds
The honest truth:
- • Before upload completes: Full refund, no questions
- • After upload, before download: Case by case (contact us)
- • After download: No refund. File was delivered. Service complete.
- • After auto-deletion: No refund. That's literally the feature.

05. Liability
We provide the service "as is". We do our best to keep things running, but:
- • We're not responsible for files you lose (keep backups)
- • We're not responsible for who you share links with
- • We're not responsible for content you upload
- • Maximum liability = amount you paid us
This isn't us being assholes. This is standard for any service. Use common sense.
06. Termination
We can terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using us anytime. No hard feelings either way.
If we terminate you for abuse, no refunds. If we shut down the service entirely, we'll give you time to download your active transfers.
07. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice. Continued use = acceptance of new terms. Standard stuff.
